The Sisterhood of Success is a network of financial professionals who believe women have inherent skills suited for achieving great success. Our natural ability to connect with people and build relationships makes a career in financial services so rewarding!
However, the industry isn’t set up for women. Many women face unique challenges related to confidence, inclusion, and voice. Sometimes they become so distressed, they don’t even have the energy to send an S.O.S. The Sisterhood of Success calls on those women.
Please join us for a series of meetings to learn how to overcome these challenges, elevate every woman on your team, and encourage more women to join the industry!
Virtual opportunities are more prevalent than ever, but sometimes you just can’t attend on a specific date. How would you like to be able to participate live events when YOUR schedule allows it? Well that’s why SOS no longer locks in dates until YOU tell us what type of schedule would work.

Expressing interest in joining SOS comes with zero obligation! Just complete the form at the bottom of this page to join the interest list. We are actively reviewing submissions and creating groups of six people who could benefit from taking this journey together. Plus, we will coordinate with the collective group to identify ideal dates and structures that work for each individual. Whether you prefer to pack your participation into one week, meet once per month, or meet every Wednesday, we’ll look for a group that wants the same thing.
Session Breakdown
This Sisterhood of Success meets 100% virtually so you can connect even when you’re travelling! We use email and Zoom meetings so we can to discuss each session’s topics. The sessions typically consist of the following format:
Introduction, Recap, and Reading review (5 minutes)
Presentation from Juli McNeely (20 minutes)
Breakout Discussions (20 minutes)
Regroup and Takeaways (15 minutes)
The sessions will be recorded because we want you to have access to review your experience. However, we want you to attend the session to get the full, live experience, and your peers need you to be there to participate in the group discussions.

A recording of each session. Please allow us some time to provide these to you, but it is our desire to send each recording as soon as possible after its respective session in case you want you review it before the next session. All session recordings will remain available for 60 days after the final session.
