Highlights from "Reach New Heights: Closing the Gender Confidence Gap"

Men and women have different levels of confidence. Male and female advisors tend to possess different attributes they use to succeed in their profession. Plus, their clients' financial confidence plays a big part in client-advisor relationships. I recently spoke on stage at an MDRT Edge meeting where I discussed this in my presentation titled, "Reach New Heights: Closing the Gender Confidence Gap." They have allowed me to share a portion of that presentation with you here, so I chose two highlights.

In this first clip, I talked about how the industry has previously focused a lot on competence, but now we are seeing a need for focus on CONFIDENCE. The different attributes of successful male and female advisors possess rely on that confidence, so I took some time to share those specific attributes.

In this second clip, I share some specific strategies you can use to make your clients feel comfortable, build their relationship with you, and grow their confidence. I hope you enjoy watching these!
